Privacy placeholder for pilot use.
This is a structural placeholder, not final legal advice or final launch copy. Replace it before collecting personal data, running analytics, or offering any service that changes the site's data practices.
Current state
Pilot users can sign in to gather and export publication evidence more efficiently. User email addresses, password hashes, verification tokens, and server-side session data are stored to support that access. Standard web-server logs may also exist at the hosting level.
Future state
If Impact Liaison later adds analytics, inquiry forms, booking software, payment processing, newsletters, or member accounts, this policy must be rewritten to reflect the real data flows, processors, retention periods, and rights handling.
